“Cash On Delivery” orders will be processed after successful telephonic verification. Return & Exchange Policy

Coverwalay's Refund/Exchange policy.

1. We only provide full refund if the product you receive is damaged or broken.

2. We will exchange if you want a new piece instead of the damaged or broken one.

3. No free exchange can be done if the product was selected by you and the order was confirmed.

4. If you want to exchange any case, it should be in its original packaging upon return. Delivery charges will be applied to it. For replacement, you have to send the items back to us by any courier service and we will dispatch your replacement order as soon as we receive the items.

5. Refund and exchange can only be done within the week of the purchase.

Where is our warehouse and how do we operate?

Our Warehouse is in Karachi and we operate totally online which means that it won't be possible for us to facilitate customers at our warehouse which is solely used for the purpose of packing so we deliver at the given address by our clients.

What is the delivery time?

The standard delivery time of coverwalay is 5-7 working days, it means that we can deliver earlier too but some parcels take time so we have set an standard. We expect that our customers will cooperate and wait the stated time.

We deal mainly in iPhones however we have some accessories like wireless headphones which can be used on other phones as well. However we have a wide range of mobile covers mainly for iPhone.
