Return Policy


Coverwalay's Refund/Exchange policy.

1. We only provide full refund if the product you receive is damaged or broken.

2. We will exchange if you want a new piece instead of the damaged or broken one.

3. No free exchange can be done if the product was selected by you and the order was confirmed.

4. If you want to exchange any case, it should be in its original packaging upon return. Delivery charges will be applied to it. For replacement, you have to send the items back to us by any courier service and we will dispatch your replacement order as soon as we receive the items.

5. Refund and exchange can only be done within the week of the purchase.
